جذب قشرها مختلف زنان جامعه یکی از اهداف ما

از آنجایی که در سازمان‌های مردم نهاد زنان طیف وسیعی از فعالیت‌ها وجود دارد، گروههای مختلف زنان، از جمله دانشجویان، متخصصین، هنرمندان، خانه‌دار و.... امکان جذب و تمرین شرکت در مجموعه‌ای سازمانی و هدف‌مند را پیدا می‌کنند که در بحث حُضور فعّال زنان در اجتماع و خروج از انزوا می‌تواند از جایگاه مهمی برخوردار باشد.

سازمان زنان ایران می تواند نقش نظارتی بر اجرای صحیح قوانین و مقررات داشته باشد و با بهره‌گیری از ارتباطات سازمانی برای ارتقاءسطح کیفی وضعیت جامعه گامهایی مؤثر بردارند. از طریق سازمانهای مردم نهاد، مطالبات به حق و منطقی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و حقوقی زنان به روش کارشناسانه به گوش مسئولین و سیاستگذاران خواهد رسید و زمینه پیشرفت و بهبود وضعیت و رفع مشکلات و مسائل زنان فراهم خواهد آمد.

توانمندسازی زنان

مبحث دیگری که در چارچوب فعالیت‌های زنان ایران قرار می‌گیرد، توانمندسازی زنان است. مفهوم توانمندسازی از چند بُعد قابل بررسی است و می‌توان ۵ اولویت را برای آن در نظر گرفت: رفاه، دسترسی به منابع اطلاعاتی، افزایش سطح آگاهی سیاسی، اجتماعی و بهداشتی، مشارکت در ساختارهای مدیریتی و خودسازی به منظور رشد معنوی و روحی،

توانمندسازی فرآیندی است که افراد مهارت‌هایی را برای پیشرفت و غلبه برمشکلات کسب می‌کنند که هر چه توانایی فرد بیشتر باشد تسلط وی بر خود و عوامل محیطی بیشتر شده و می‌تواند به سطحی از توسعه فردی دست یابد.

Attracting different sections of women in society is one of our goals

Since there is a wide range of activities in women's NGOs, different groups of women, including students, professionals, artists, housewives, etc., can be attracted and practiced participating in organizational and purposeful groups.

They argue that women can play an important role in discussing the active presence of women in society and overcoming isolation.

NGOs can play a supervisory role in the proper implementation of laws and regulations and take effective steps to improve the quality of society by using organizational communications.

Through non-governmental organizations, the demands for women's rights and logic, cultural, social and legal will be heard by officials and policymakers in an expert manner, and the ground for progress and improvement of the situation and solving women's problems and issues will be provided.

Women's Empowerment

Another issue that falls within the framework of Iranian women's activities is women's empowerment.

The concept of empowerment can be examined from several dimensions and 5 priorities can be considered for it: welfare, access to information resources, increasing the level of political, social and health awareness, participation in management structures and self-improvement for spiritual and spiritual growth.

Empowerment is the process by which people acquire skills to progress and overcome problems. The greater a person's ability, the greater his or her mastery of himself or herself and environmental factors, and the more he or she can achieve a level of personal development.
